Guardian ad Litem Services Child-Centered Advocacy with Legal and Clinical Insight

At Vollmer Law Group, Guardian ad Litem (GAL) appointments are conducted with professionalism, neutrality, and a focus on the best interests of the child. Our GALs have experience in high-conflict custody matters, trauma-informed family dynamics, and court-involved family law. We provide court-ready recommendations that reflect both legal standards and the developmental needs of children. GAL appointments are typically made by court order and include investigation, communication with the parties, review of case materials, and written recommendations submitted to the court.
