Family Law Flat Fee Services Legal fees shouldn’t be a mystery. At Vollmer Law Group, we offer flat fee pricing so you know exactly what to expect—no retainers, no surprise bills, and no ticking hourly clock.

All flat fees include:

Unlimited communication (calls, texts, emails)
Full review of all documents and evidence
Strategy, filings, negotiation, and court appearances as applicable

If a client changes attorneys mid-case, a portion of the flat fee may be refunded based on the work completed. Time spent on communication, filings, document review, and court preparation is considered earned.

Uncontested Divorce

Without children: $2,500
With children: $4,000 Includes pleadings, settlement agreement, filing, and final hearing.

Contested Divorce – Pretrial Phase (Includes Mediation)

Low Conflict: $10,000
Moderate Conflict: $25,000
High Conflict: $40,000 Includes provisional hearing, discovery, mediation, and settlement efforts. Trial not included.

Contested Divorce – Trial Phase

$5,000 per day Includes trial preparation and full-day court representation. Trial fees must be paid at least 30 days before trial. Trials typically last 2–3 days.

Child Custody / Parenting Time Modification – Pretrial Phase

Low Conflict: $10,000
Moderate Conflict: $15,000
High Conflict: $25,000 Includes pleadings, mediation, negotiation, and all pretrial court appearances. Trial not included.

$5,000 per day Includes preparation and full-day court representation. Trial fees must be paid 30 days in advance. Trials typically last 2–3 days.

Child Support Modification

Flat Fee: $2,500 Includes income documentation, filings, and hearing.

Mediation Representation

Flat Fee: $2,500 Includes preparation and representation during mediation.

Protective Orders

Flat Fee: $2,500 Includes representation at both emergency and final hearings.

Consultation + Strategy Session

Flat Fee: $500 90-minute session with personalized guidance and next steps.
