Half-Day Mediation
Flat Fee: $1,000
Up to 3 hours of mediation
Recommended for single-issue matters such as parenting time adjustments or support changes
Full-Day Mediation
Flat Fee: $2,000
Up to 6 hours of mediation
Best for divorce, custody, or multi-issue disputes
Includes time for summary documentation or preparation of agreements as needed
Mediation for Pro Se Litigants
We also offer flat fee mediation for parties who are representing themselves. This model is designed for individuals who need focused guidance and clear documentation without ongoing litigation.
No Children
Flat Fee: $2,000
Includes one 90-minute mediation session
Includes 30 minutes of documentation time
Covers property division, spousal maintenance, or financial-only agreements
With Children
Flat Fee: $3,000
Includes one 90-minute mediation session
Includes 30 minutes of documentation time
Covers parenting time, custody, and child support issues
Additional sessions or documentation time may be scheduled as needed at an hourly rate.
