• Attorney Fee (33.3%): $29,970

• Case Expenses (e.g., $1,500): Deducted from the remaining $60,030

• Client Receives: Approximately $58,530

• Attorney Fee (40%): $36,000

• Case Expenses (e.g., $5,000): Deducted from the remaining $54,000
