Flat Fee Criminal Defense Services

At Vollmer Law, LLC, we offer transparent, flat-fee pricing for pretrial criminal defense. You’ll know the total cost up front—no hourly billing, no surprises.
 

Consultation Fee: $250
Includes an attorney case review. This fee is credited toward your total if you choose to retain our firm.

Expungements

Misdemeanor expungement: $500 per county
Felony expungement: $1,000 per county
Court filing fee: $161 (in addition to attorney fee)

Infractions and Misdemeanors

Traffic infractions: $1000
Possession of marijuana or driving while suspended $1,200
Class C misdemeanor: $1,500
Class B misdemeanor: $2,400
Class A misdemeanor: $3,600
Operating While Intoxicated (OWI): $5,000

Felony Charges (Pretrial Only)

Level 6 felony: $6,500
Level 5 felony: $8,000
Level 4 felony: $9,500
Level 3 felony: $12,500

Probation violations: 50% of the fee based on the original charge

Multiple Cases or Charges

If multiple charges are filed in the same county and courtroom, the full fee applies to the most serious charge. Apply a 50% discount to additional charges.

Special Case Categories

These types of cases are more complex and require a consultation to determine the appropriate fee: homicide or death-related charges, sex offenses, crimes involving children, federal or juvenile matters, trials scheduled within 60 days, clients switching attorneys, multi-jurisdiction or unusually complex cases, and any appeal, post-conviction relief, or sentence modification.
